A Walkthrough of Oracle’s PUM Resources

Many of our Campus Solutions customers have noted that they sometimes struggle with how to find the information they need related to the PUM updates, whether that’s technical details of what changed in a Bug fix or what new features were added in that PUM Image. The Campus Solutions team worked with the Advisory Groups to develop a short presentation to outline some of the useful resources for technical and functional audiences. We hope you’ll join Oracle and the CC Advisory Group for Part 1 of this two-part webinar in which we’ll cover the basics of what documentation and resources are available. Then, in Part 2, various customers will highlight their own approach to managing PUM adoption, with tips and techniques that your institution may find useful!
