Meet the CXA Advisory Group

The Constituent Experience and Advancement community advocates for the creation of meaningful touch points over the course of the constituent journey resulting in a meaningful relationship.  From a student lifecycle perspective, these touch points are formed with the recruiting experience and continue throughout the educational learning process.  Engagement continues after graduation as we seek to create experiences that encourages ongoing connection to their alma mater.

 

While we may have different products within the Oracle family set (and beyond!) as a common thread, we seek to interact with the community to think about the broader challenges of engagement.

 

With a tip of the hat to Campus Solutions, the on premise product that brought us together in the very beginning, over the course of this next year, we will be looking at these 3Cs:

     - Communication – meaningful engagement content presented on HEUG
     - Collaboration – working with other advisory groups and outside organizations
     - Community – promoting best practices across institutions
