Bio

I am a regular attendee of the annual Alliance Conference.  I served as a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) from 2009 - 2015.  During my tenure on the TAG,  I served as the Security and Audit Track Chair for four years, the Assistant Technical Track Chair for one year, and a member of the Mobile Focus and Lifecycle Management Sub-Groups within the TAG.  I look forward to continue working with the TAG and supporting the Alliance Conference this year and the years to come.

For the past 18+ years, I've worked at Coppin State University.  In my current role as Director, Applications Support,  my responsibilities include serving as the Technical Lead for our application upgrades (Campus Solutions, Financials, Human Capital Management, and Enterprise Portal) and mobile solutions, Portal Administrator, security/audit of Campus Solutions, development (as needed), and installation of patches/fixes just to name a few.  Prior to Coppin, I worked as a Senior Technical Consultant with The Cedar Group (now CedarCrestone) for 3 years doing upgrades, development work, and student self-service/portal implementations.  From 1988 - 2002, I worked at Frederick Community College in a variety of roles including Assistant Lab Manager, Computer Systems Specialist, Manager of Network Services, and Senior Systems Programmer/Analyst.

Last December, we upgraded Financials 9.2 to PeopleTools 8.56.15 / PUM Image 35.  We're now in the planning stages to start upgrading CS 9.2, HCM 9.2, and FSCM 9.2 to PeopleTools 8.58.xx.
