Kristine is a seasoned HR Professional with over 20 years of PeopleSoft Human Resources application experience who has worked in various valuable roles throughout her career. 

She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University in Human Resource Management, and then launched her career as a consultant implementing PeopleSoft for both private and public sector clients.  As a result of formal training as well as valuable mentorship opportunities, Kristine became proficient in all aspects of the PeopleSoft Payroll, Time & Labor, Human Resources, Base Benefits and Benefits Administration modules.

Kristine's experience includes project management following the SDLC methodology; presenting relevant, concise information to Executives; resolving issues; capturing accurate and complete business requirements; improving business processes to increase efficiencies; documenting system specifications; performing fit/gap analyses providing acceptable gap solution options; configuring the system; partnering with technical teams during development, effectively bridging the common communication gap between developers and end-users; preparing for and executing various test phases; developing training materials; generating meaningful reports via PS Query and SQL; documenting comprehensive user manuals; and providing excellent post-production support.
