I have worked with Student Financials since 2010. We implemented PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 and QuikPAY in May, 2011. At that point, I had become the subject matter expert for Student Financials and the QuikPAY/Nelnet liaison. We upgraded to 9.2 in January, 2018. We implemented the Fluid Student Center in September, 2019. The areas of Student Financials that I am most familiar with are billing, refunding and all of the set up for item types, term fees, adjustment calendars and course/class fees. I am part of a cross-functional team that meets on a weekly basis to discuss changes or issues that may impact other areas. When I am not working on PeopleSoft configuration, I supervise 2 staff members, maintain the Student Accounts website, and serve on the Student Accounts leadership team.

The University has approximately 30,000 students which includes Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional students.
