I have 15 years of PeopleSoft experience in Higher Ed with PeopleSoft CRM, including Online Marketing, Support, HR Helpdesk and Self-Service.  As an early adopter of CRM, I participated on the Oracle's CRM Customer Advisory board, working to tailor CRM products to meet the unique needs of higher education. 

While CRM matured as a technology, my focus shifted to how CRM could improve business processes; I've presented at several Regional HEUG and Alliance conferences on CRM topics such as CRM theory, Profile management and Opt-outs and presented case studies on International Student outreach and Human Resource communications.

The HEUG community is a tremendous opportunity to network and learn from others in higher education -  I joined the CRM Product Advisory group in 2016 and look forward to an exciting Alliance conference in 2020!
