Divisional Cloud Program Manager, Division of Enrollment Management (August 2016 - present)

Provide leadership in the area of developing long-term strategies, practical planning approaches and preparation regarding the University SIS and the "move to the Cloud".  As appropriate also provide BA/PM support on critical SIS projects as needed.  Examples of effort include:

  • Team Lead for the University of Wisconsin - Madison on the design partnership program with Oracle regarding design and development of certain pieces of their Student Cloud Product Suite
  • Program Manager of an Early Adopter Participant implementation of the Oracle Student Management Cloud product 
  • Worked on special projects regarding the Cloud for the HEUG Board
  • Co-led initial planning for 9.2 upgrade work with the SIS Manager and DoIT and any vendors as needed
  • Currently provide in-house support as product specialist and Solution Architect as needed for the 9.2 upgrade work
  • Led requirements gathering, RFP/RFI, selection and purchase process for both an Auto-Marketing product and for a full blown CRM solution for the Division of Enrollment Management and Division of Continuing Studies in collaboration with other critical offices and departments on campus
  • BA/PM on divisional projects as needed
  • PM/BA lead on the implementation of a Graduate Student Tracking System that uses PeopleSoft Academic Advising and key Campus Solutions functionalities
