- Step 1 – Make your hotel reservations to qualify for Early Bird registration pricing. Please note that in order to receive the Early Bird rate, you must stay at an official Alliance Conference Hotel and book through the official Housing Bureau only (Do not go directly to the hotel to book your room).

Session Viewer Available!
Don't forget to check out the the full conference agenda that is now available to view and search!
By clicking on “Session Viewer”, you will see two options for searching the Alliance 18 agenda. The first option is to search the “Session Viewer”, which allows you to navigate the agenda and view sessions either by Track, Time, Primary Presenter, or Title. “Session Search” is the second option and it provides more items to search on such as time-slot and organization.
We encourage you to try both agenda search options to see which one is most effective for you.
Because a full printed program will not be provided, you are strongly encouraged to review and build your agenda on the mobile app prior to the conference to help you navigate the sessions easily onsite. We have also created a downloadable Excel version of the session schedule under “Download Session Schedule”
