How many times have you said, “How do they pick the wonderful sessions for Alliance?”, “How can they possibly choose from so many submissions?”, “Wish I could tell the track chairs the sessions that I really want to see”.
Well, this year you can! For a very short period (Oct 10-14 only), you can go into HEUG Online, look at the session submissions, read the descriptions early, and VOTE for all of the sessions you want to see. The Advisory Groups will then use your feedback to determine the best line up.
- Please note you must be an institutional/system member to vote
- Rate the session on a scale from 4 (highest) to 1 (lowest)

To participate, follow the simple steps below:
- Click HERE
- Find the track you would like to vote on and select to "View Sessions"
- You can then cast a vote next to each session
OR
- Click HERE
- Find the track you would like to vote on and select to "View Sessions"
- Click on the title of the session to read the full details and descriptions
- To cast a vote, go to the Voting tab from the details page
- To get back, choose the "View/Vote All Sessions in this Track" or "View/Vote All Tracks"
