It’s time to start thinking about presentation ideas for Alliance 2014 – can you believe it? It seems like just yesterday we were in Indy, but here we are thinking about next year. We will be back in Las Vegas for Alliance 2014 – which will be a nice warm break from winter for many of us, and probably a cool break for some of our members from Australia and New Zealand! In just a few short weeks, you will receive an email that the window for Alliance presentation submissions is open, so we need you to start thinking about what you want to see as an attendee and what you might have to share with others. If there is a specific topic you would like to see represented at the conference, please let us know by replying to the thread on the forum or commenting on this blog and we will do our best to meet the community needs. If you are thinking about what you might be able to present, keep an eye out on the listserv discussions and see if there is something that your institution is doing that may benefit others. And remember, topics don’t have to be (nor should they always be) about flashy customizations – sometimes the most valuable sessions to users are the ones where they learn how to use something out of the box. So, start thinking about what you want to learn this year, and what you want to teach – we can’t wait to see what you have all been up to this year!
