This presentation, by Bonnie Raper from Boise State University, will cover Boise State's "refresh" of their CS9 system in February, 2013. In this refresh they reduced customizations for the university as a whole by over 60%. This webinar will explore how the Student Financials team identified areas where related content, connected query/BI Publisher, pop selection/update, and scheduled queries could replace customizations. We will walk through the "old" and "new" functionality with a focus on how we used delivered where possible.
