A new way of working is knocking at our door, and the Pandemic has turned that persistent knocking into load banging. To answer the door, we need to create an irresistible workplace culture for our institution and our students to survive and thrive.

How we think about leadership, our work, how we teach, and even our lives will have to change. But first, we must start by asking the right questions:

How do we teach leaders to lead through creating followership and not through their titles?
How can we create a workplace where the quality of life is front and center and people love coming to work and our students love coming to learn?
How do we design and assign work in a hybrid campus and how can that work create value?

Join us for our upcoming HEUG & League for Innovation in the Community College ThinkSpace: Creating a Campus We All Want to Work At at 2 pm EST on January 19th, where we will ask these questions in order to begin reimagining the fundamental culture in Higher Education.

Pre-Mingle begins at 1:30 pm EST and Post-Mingle starts at the conclusion of the ThinkSpace.
