Final preparations for Alliance 2022!

What a whirlwind the last few years have been!  We are all so excited to be able to welcome you in person at Alliance 2022.  We worked hard on the program this year retaining some attendee favorites as well as introducing some new options to improve your conference experience.  Please make sure to incorporate these into your agenda thru the mobile app before you reach Seattle.  You will find we have enhanced searching in the app to make it easier to locate and add sessions to your personalized agenda.  With a little preplanning, you can maximize your conference experience.

New Additions at Alliance 2022 to checkout:

  • Speed networking allows you to meet new people right before the Welcome reception on Sunday in a fun and fast-paced setting.
  • Pathways provide a set of sessions that will guide you thru specific areas of interest.  This year we are offering 5 Pathways for you to explore.
  • The Sandbox allows attendees to experience products in a hands-on environment.  We anticipate these sessions will fill up quickly so grab your spot early.

You will also be able to enjoy yearly favorites like Preconference workshops and trainings, Meet the Experts, Birds of a Feather and Stop and Share sessions.  Don’t forget to take advantage of CPE eligible sessions.

Now for some important logistics to make sure you can fully enjoy your time in Seattle.

  • Mask will be optional for all Alliance 2022 attendees, presenters, exhibitors, staff, and guests while attending ANY Alliance 2022 events. Please respect the choice of those who continue wearing masks while at any Alliance 2022 events. I would still advise you to pack a few extra masks as businesses in Seattle have the right to enhance these rules and regulations as they see fit for the health and safety of their customers and staff.
  • Proof of Vaccination or negative covid test: While you have provided your vaccination proof for the conference it is very important that you bring proof of full vaccination or negative covid test to Seattle.  This may be required at all indoor restaurants and bars. Businesses have the right to enhance these rules and regulations as they see fit for the health and safety of their customers and staff. Make sure you review the information on the Alliance 2022 Health and Safety webpage for more detailed information on how to satisfy Seattle’s requirements.

I appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we adjust to these interesting times.  Let’s have fun, let off some steam and enjoy our time together.  Remember there is no place like HEUG.

    See you in Seattle.
