Have you ever needed to create a new process or fix a problem record and had no idea where to look for the solution? Well, look no more! The FA Advisory Group is very excited to announce a new feature that is currently only available on the FA community page. On the FA Community Page (Communities > Product Area Communities > Financial Aid), under the Community Pages section on the right side of the page is a new button titled “Financial Aid Solution Center.”

The Solution Center will be maintained by the FA Advisory Group members. Please note that this solution center will always have new solutions added so check back often. Currently we have lists of presentations, files and webinars for financial aid topics. Coming soon will be sections with commonly asked questions (and answers), how to do you fix this error, etc. If you have a favorite presentation or you received a helpful answer and you think it should be included in our solutions center, please post that here and the Advisory Group will review. This solutions center is for all of us. We need your help to make it the best we can.

With the new web platform, the Solution Center has been moved to the Library. To access the new 'Resource Center' navigate to Interest Areas > Select Student Information Systems > Select Financial Aid > Select Library > Resource Center.

Just to reiterate...

Just to reiterate what Dana was saying. This will always be a work in progress type page and will evolve and grow over time. The more input we get from everyone, the better it will become content-wise. We are limited in some ways as far as formatting, but I think the content will more than make up for that.
