Dear HCM PAG, CS PAGs and TAG members,
Our team wanted to make sure you know how to access four NEW recorded educational presentations, supporting the CS-HCM Integration capabilities which were delivered in October 2010. I would also appreciate it if you could share this information with your respective communities, via your blogs, list serves or sky-writing!
One quick way to get to these recordings is through the Campus Solutions Product Information Center, Doc ID 975038.1 (My Oracle Support). First, take a look at the NEWS Section; the second update in the News section is the link to all the documentation for the CS-HCM Integration project. The recorded presentations reference the documentation, so you need to have that content available as you listen to the recordings.
Second, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link for Transfer of Information (TOI) training sessions:
The Transfer of Information (TOI) sessions are free to customers. The purpose of this set of TOIs is to help the customer understand what we delivered for the CS-HCM integration project and assist with navigating through the extensive documentation provided.
A new window opens up. You may be prompted to log into the Oracle University site using your log-on credentials for My Oracle Support.
Click on View OUKC Online Course Catalog link under the Announcements section:
Click on the CATALOG Tab at the top of the page and then select Product Courses.
Click on PeopleSoft Enterprise and then PeopleSoft Enterprise: Campus Solutions. (You’re almost there – be strong!!!)
The CS-HCM Integration TOIs are located under the “Student Administration (Enterprise)” hyperlink.
There are TWO versions of each of the Campus Solutions 9.0 Feature Pack 4 TOIs. They are identical. I believe you can choose either option! Click on the hyperlinked TOI title and then press Play on the specific TOI page.
You may discover other useful TOIs while you’re on this site, so enjoy!
