Session Title: Standardizing the Collections processes with multiple agencies

Last year, Washington State University underwent a major project to standardize the Collections process using more delivered tools. This change has allowed WSU to increase efficiencies when dealing with past due accounts. Using Service indicators and queries, Washington State University was able to standardize and automate a significant portion of our past due accounts. Initial changes were requested from the Collection Agencies to standardize forms and procedures. Then it was writing queries, creating service indicators, and make a group posting transaction mapping.
