Griffith  University is currently reviewing our student enrolment experience.  As part of this review process we were looking at what other Australian and New Zealand PeopleSoft Universities are doing in regard to the following aspects of enrolment.

    1. Does your University use the delivered self service enrolment?

    2.  Have you developed your own custom enrolment interface and is so what was the rationale behind this decision?

    3. Do you schedule all your classes in PeopleSoft (full class enrolment) or do you manage tutorials etc outside of PeopleSoft?

    4. If you schedule all your classes in PeopleSoft is this done manually or do you interface from a scheduling product eg Syllabus Plus?

    5. If you manage your tutorials outside of PeopleSoft, what system or process do you use to manage these and when does this occur?

    6. When do you enrol your students for each  semester?

    7. Do you use enrolment appointments?  If so how do stagger your student population for open enrolment?

    8. How many terms and sessions do you have?

    9. Do you use the delivered faculty centre and/or student services centre in V9?

    10. What additional tools/methods do you use to inform students what they need to enrol in ie academic advisement, program and course catalogue, online handbook?

     11. How do you measure the success of student's enrolment experience? For example feedback, polls, statistics

    12. Do you have any major concerns or work planned in regard to enrolment in the near future?

    Thank you for your assistance.
