    Hi Reshu,

The University of the Sunshine Coast implemented online time sheeting and on-boarding via the 3rd party framework Gideon Taylor (GT) . This is developed inside PeopleSoft HCM. We partnered with GT to develop this particular workflow. We have included timesheet validation against agreed hours and 2 levels of approval.

Implementation effort was around 7 – 8 months partnering with GT. Now the timesheet solution template is built , future implementations should be easier. We’ve been live for nearly 2 years with only minor issues.

    Hope this helps,

    Matt.

Thanks for your response. I have discussed this with Karen Dixon from your University and she also gave us a demo of eTime and eAppointments.
