We would like to draw your attention to three new positions which are available at the University of the Sunshine Coast. The University is looking for three senior level staff, two being located in Student Administration and one in Information Technology Services, who will play a major role in the creation of a dedicated student system functional and systems support team. This team will have responsibility for the ongoing development of the Peoplesoft student system (V9) across the University.
The University is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast which is recognised as one of the country's fastest growing ‘lifestyle’ regions and this growth is also reflected in the University which now accommodates approximately 7,000 students.
The Manager, Student Information Systems, will be responsible for the leadership and management of the ongoing functional development, and full utilisation of the Student Information System. They will play a pivotal role in the strategic and policy development of systems related aspects of student administration across the University.
The Functional Business Systems Analyst, Student Administration, will provide high level functional system support and advice across all areas of student administration with a particular emphasis on student fees, enrolments and data integrity.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst, who will be part of the Corporate Information Systems Team located in Information Technology Services, will
contribute to the development and implementation of corporate information systems and is primarily responsible for the timely provision of support services for the Student Information System (SIS) and those applications that integrate with the SIS.
