    Posted 08-28-2025 11:08 PM

    Hello all,

I've been racking my brain (hard to do because it is the first week of the term!  Happy August, Everyone!) and I am trying to find the code in the first column of the course history selection in the student center.  The problem I have is that these are both coded as PSC UST, but one is an AP course and the other is a transfer course from another school.  And, fortunately, they both use a different Course ID.  Any thoughts on where I might find PSC UST so I can possibly match in that field?  The problem I am trying to solve is that our repeat job didn't find them (probably because they have two different course IDs).  Thank you in advance!

    Lee

If I am understanding your question TRNS_CRSE_DTL will have CRSE_ID associated with the transfer and TRNS_TEST_DTL will have the CRSE_ID associated with the AP test.

    Hope that helps,
    Bob

I found it!  I had to do the TRNS_TEST_DTL and then the CRSE_OFFER.  Then, I did an "exists" subquery on TRNS_CRSE_DTL and CRSE_OFFER.  Then I joined the SUBJECT and CATALOG_NBR fields from the two CRSE_OFFER records.  I think it is working now; I just have to refine my criteria.

    Thank you for your help!
