The election for the HEUG Board of Directors (Term 2019-2022) is now open!
The election will be open from January 6, 2019 until February 6, 2019, with those elected being announced shortly thereafter. You have received this email because you are an eligible voter. Please refer to the HEUG By-Laws for full information regarding the election process and who is eligible to vote.
The winner of the overall election will be the candidate who receives the highest number of weighted votes from all Institutions or Systems.
Weights are assigned based on the amount each Institution or System has paid
FTE students: < 10,000 - Membership Fee: $950 - Vote Weighting: 1
FTE students: 10,000 - 29,999 - Membership Fee: $1900 - Vote Weighting: 2
FTE students: 30,000 - 59,999 - Membership Fee: $2850 - Vote Weighting: 3
FTE students: 60,000 and above - Membership Fee: $5700 - Vote Weighting 6
