Early Bird Registration Closes Tomorrow!

Just a reminder that the 2014 New England Regional HEUG (NEWHEUG) Early Bird registration rate is only available until tomorrow, Friday, July 11, 2014. After Friday, the rates for Institutional members will jump from only $75 to $100. So register today! The conference will be held at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA. HEUG users from this region are invited, and all other HEUG members are welcome as well. We are planning a full day of presentations, vendor exhibits and networking opportunities for Peoplesoft/Oracle users in this area. Representatives from selected vendors and key individuals from Oracle will also participate.

Cost for the conference is as follows:
$75 - Early Bird Registration May 19, 2014 through July 11, 2014
$100 – Advanced Registration July 12, 2014 through August 4, 2014
$125 – Late Registration August 5, 2014 through August 8, 2014
$125 - On-site Registration August 11, 2014

During this one-day event, there will be sessions with topics covering Campus Solutions (Student), Human Resources, Financials, Technology, and Reporting/General Interest topics. Many of the sessions are user oriented, discussing ways in which PeopleSoft can be used within the functional areas of your institution. Other sessions are technical in nature and provide the latest information and techniques on hardware, software and technology management.

In addition to the sessions, we are planning “Birds of a Feather” sessions that will allow you time to meet with many of your colleagues who have an interest in your same area of work. These “Birds of a Feather” sessions are quite popular and add to the networking opportunities during the day.

Vendor support has been strong, and we anticipate a significant number of companies will be represented. There will be an exhibitor area to give you a chance to meet with providers throughout the day as well as an opportunity to attend sessions led by some of those exhibitors. Oracle will be sending a sizeable contingent of its staff to the event and will be providing up to date information on the newest trends within the company.

The agenda can be found here.  Registration is required and can be accessed by clicking here.
