Registration is now open for the Southeast Regional User Group Conference (SEARUG). Sponsored by HEUG, the SEARUG conference focuses on institutions that have implemented or are in the process of implementing Oracle Campus Solutions and other related applications Plan to attend – this is an excellent opportunity to network with your colleagues, hear updates from Oracle, talk with vendors and learn from the experiences of other institutions.

The conference will be held on Monday and Tuesday, September 30 – October 1, at The Sheraton in Chapel Hill, NC. There will be multiple tracks, including a Campus Solutions track, with presentations covering Student Records, Admissions, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and Student Financials.  There will be a Technical Track, a Vendor track, and new this year, there will be a track for both HRMS and Financials.  And of course, there will be the always popular Birds of a Feather sessions.

Highlights include –

• Campus Solutions, HRMS, Financials and PeopleTools Roadmap sessions
• A Management Forum, providing the chance to address issues and discuss strategies with senior leaders from Oracle and other institutions
• 7 different Birds of a Feather sessions
• Over 40 sessions from institutions and vendors  
• Pre-conference workshops for in-depth learning.  Topics are 1) PS Query and 2) 3C Engine/CommGen processing. 
• Opportunities to meet a variety of vendors in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
