Learn more about the user experience research methods that Oracle’s Applications User Experience team uses to design its next-generation user experiences in all Oracle Applications products.
Teena Singh, a Principal Product Manager on the Oracle team, talks about focus groups at user group conferences in an article from the August 2012 edition of the Information InDepth Newsletter.
And several members of the Applications User Experience helped Oracle’s Profit magazine with a collage on activities in the usability labs. The full-page piece was published in August, just before OpenWorld, when more than 60 people reserved seats on charter buses that took them from San Francisco to Oracle’s headquarters in Redwood Shores so that they could get tour of Oracle’s usability labs. Check the August edition of Profit magazine online for a PDF version of the page. Or go to Usable Apps to learn how you can book your own lab tour next time you are in California’s Bay Area.
