ALPHARETTA, GA (May 30, 2013)  – The CedarCrestone 2013–2014 HR Systems Survey: HR Technologies, Deployment Choices, Value, and Metrics, 16th Annual Edition, is now open for participation at www.CedarCrestone.com/hrssv4 until June 23, 2013. This comprehensive research effort provides organizations with data to plan, justify, benchmark, and execute HR technologies. The survey questionnaire collects responses from HR and IT management and business leaders with knowledge of HR technologies in use and planned. It takes 15–30 minutes to complete. Responses will be kept confidential and only used in aggregate results.

CedarCrestone is committed to increasing our responses from the higher education sector and would greatly appreciate responses from HEUG member institutions. If you think that there is someone better suited to respond regarding the current and future state of Human Resources technology at your college or university, please pass on this invitation. It is equally acceptable for CedarCrestone to receive multiple responses from a single institution as the analysis methodology consolidates duplicates.

In celebration of 16 years, the first 100 respondents to complete all questions will receive a $5 Starbucks card. The 16th, 160th, and 1,016th respondents will receive a $100 Visa gift card. All who complete the survey will receive an advanced copy of the results and be entered into a drawing for an in-depth Benchmark Service with Lexy Martin.

The 16th anniversary CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey continues to track the adoption, deployment approaches, and value achieved of 30+ HR technologies. These include administrative, service delivery, talent management, workforce management, business intelligence/workforce analytics, big data, work management software, collaborative knowledge sharing, and social media. Additionally, the survey will explore the maturity of integration efforts.

Not only does CedarCrestone publish the data in a free report, but it is also used for benchmarking purposes. Member responses will help increase the value of survey results for higher education institutions of all types. The survey is vendor agnostic, so HEUG members may feel free to pass on this information to colleagues at institutions using any and all HR technologies.

Survey results will be released at the HR Technology Conference on October 7th. White papers discussing prior years' results can be downloaded here. HEUG members can also replay the May 30th HEUG Education Series webinar presented by Lexy Martin, CedarCrestone Vice President of Research and Analytics, which focuses on lessons learned from CedarCrestone's 2012-2013 survey.

Please include the hashtag #CCHRtechsurvey if promoting the survey on Twitter.
