It’s hard to believe that Alliance 2019 will soon be upon us. We are off to a great start with our planning for the conference, and this is sure to be a year that you won’t want to miss! I feel so fortunate to be Conference Chair and have the opportunity to plan this year’s conference. Walt Disney World is practically in my back yard. I am a Florida native and growing up, Disney was such a big part of my childhood as well as my children’s. In fact, two of my sons proposed to their wives there.
We used your feedback from last year and prior years to work on creating some new and exciting things for Alliance 2019. Stay tuned to find out more about these. We’ll share more information with you in the upcoming months.
For me, attending the alliance conference has always been a fantastic way to learn more about how other institutions are using the various products. I am always so impressed to see the work that others have put into implementing and upgrading their system. The challengs they’ve faced and overcome. The many successes always leaves me inspired. I absolutely love the networking with other attendees as well. I look forward to returning each year and catching up with friends that I’ve met over the years. It’s a true homecoming for me!
Who doesn’t love going into the Solutions Center and seeing all of the new technology from our partners?! The opportunity to get to speak with folks providing us with solutions to our every day challenges is awesome. Plus, why not take home a souvenir while you are there, right?
