wrote recently about some of the initiatives I am working on this year. Developing and maintaining relationships with other Oracle user groups is one of these. HEUG is an active participant in the
International Oracle User Group Community (IOUC). In January 2010, a delegation from HEUG attended the IOUC Leadership Summit. While at the summit, we agreed to work with the other IOUC member user groups on an event (hopefully a series of events) focused on Fusion Architecture. So, this month we will travel to the Collaborate 2010 conference to participate in a one day workshop entitled "Oracle Fusion Architecture: Soup to Nuts." This event was planned by our good friend
Floyd Teter of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Vice President of the Oracle Applications User Group. Here is the workshop abstract:

You'll hear from Oracle ACE Directors, ACEs and thought leaders who have walked the walk and talked the talk with Oracle Fusion Architecture. You'll also hear from Oracle leaders on their work on such Furion-related topics as User Experience and Fusion Principles.
Attendance is free for anyone registered for Collaborate 10. So join us on Sunday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
