The Higher Education User Group is updating our arrangements with our banking partners and, as a result, the address to receive incoming check payments from our members, sponsors and conference participants has changed. All HEUG invoices generated on or after October 16 should bear the addresses below for check payments.
Please note that the addresses must be displayed EXACTLY as shown or payments may be returned to the sender by the bank.

Both the Department and PO Box line must be included for the check to be deposited properly. In those instances where check payments need to be expedited, a special overnight delivery address has been designated as follows:

Check payments received at the Washington, DC or Mesa, AZ addresses should be forwarded (via regular mail) to the lockbox mailing address (PO Box) in Phoenix. Our preferred method of payment continues to be ACH or wire transfers. Members, sponsors and others wishing to use ACH/wire payment methods should contact support@heug.org for more information.
