What is CXA?

Over the past year received a few questions asking, “What is CXA?”; “What does this CXA Advisory Group do?”   Let’s begin with the what does CXA represent, this is our acronym for Constituent Experience and Advancement (CXA).  This group is the consolidation of the former Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Advisory Group and the Contributor Relations (CR) Advisory Group which is completing their first full consolidated year.

The Constituent Experience and Advancement (CXA) Advisory Community aims to collaborate on improving business processes and outcomes across the full higher education lifecycle via knowledge-sharing and best practice modelling between institutions, colleagues and vendors. The community discusses product-specific issues, including but not limited to, the Oracle CX suite and PeopleSoft CRM and CR, as well as broader process-improvement, product-agnostic issues.

If you are attending Alliance 2019, we encourage you to visit with the CXA Advisory Group on Sunday March 3, 2019 for their Community Mingle 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm in the Dolphin room Americas Seminar.  This is your opportunity to learn more on how they can help your institution, or even better, how you can help grow the CXA community with your expertise.

If you not able to attend the Community Mingle on Sunday, would encourage you to stop by their session on Monday March 4, 2019 11:15 am – 12:15 pm titled “CXA 101: What is the Constituent Experience and Why it is Important?” located in the Swan, Toucan room.

Remember CXA is your community headquarters for all things CXA. Get involved now by posting to the forums, downloading a file, staying up to date with the news stories, and exploiting the wealth of information in previous presentations and discussions.
