Registration is Now Open!
Registration for the Midwest Regional HEUG Conference from October 8-9 in St. Charles, Illinois is now open. The 2015 Midwest Regional HEUG brings together colleges and universities in the Upper Midwest states in this one event. The location for this year’s conference will be the Hilton Garden Inn in St. Charles, IL.
Presentation tracks are available in Student Records, Advisement and Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Human Resources, Reporting and Hyperion, Technical, and General Interest. Oracle representatives will be on hand for Product Road Map and other sessions. In addition to user led sessions and networking with your colleagues from Wisconsin, Illinois, and all around the Upper Midwest, attendees will have the opportunity to visit a number of vendors who will be on hand as exhibitors and presenters to help you learn about the new ways to support your investment in Campus Solutions and other Oracle products.
The agenda will be available the end of August as there was a great response to the call for proposals and we are reviewing those over the next week.

A number of workshops will be offered on Thursday, October 8 prior to the main conference. Registration for these require an additional fee of $20 per workshop. A continental breakfast and boxed lunch will be included. You can add this directly during your initial registration.
Box lunches during Community Sessions on Thursday, October 8 are available for additional $10. These must be ordered and paid by September 18. You can add this directly during your initial registration.

Call for Proposals Extended!
The deadline for submission of sessions for the October 8 - 9, 2015 Midwest Regional HEUG conference at the Hilton Garden Inn in St. Charles, IL has been extended to Friday, August 14. If you have an idea for a session but have not completely fleshed out the entire session concept, please submit a proposal with the information you have ready. These conferences are vastly more appealing and successful when our own higher education colleagues present on their own skills and experiences. While we always value vendor presentations to supplement our staff offerings, a heavy percentage of university staff offerings creates a far more effective overall conference. Don't forget if your session is accepted then the primary presenter (non-vendor) will receive a complimentary registration to the conference.
