The Conference Organizing Committee noted that institutions have encountered difficulties accessing the proposal submission system earlier. The issue has since been resolved. Due to this unforeseen event, the Committee has decided to extend the closing date of the call for presentations by three weeks, to give institutions sufficient time to complete and submit their proposals. The revised closing date is 9 August 2013.

We would like to encourage you to actively participate in this conference and share your experience with your peers. Primary presenter of the proposal accepted for presentation will receive a complimentary registration to the conference. At this stage, you are only required to submit a proposal. You may work on the contents and presentation slides after your proposal has been accepted by the Conference Program Committee.
