- Step 1 – Make your hotel reservations to qualify for Early Bird registration pricing. Please note that in order to receive the Early Bird rate, you must stay at an official Alliance Conference Hotel and book through the official Housing Bureau only (Do not go directly to the hotel to book your room).

We’re happy to announce the full agenda is now available to view and search.
Session Viewer
You will see two options for searching the agenda. The first option is to search the “Session Viewer”, which allows you to navigate the agenda and view sessions by Primary Presenter, Title, Track or Time. The other option is “Search Agenda”, which will allow you to drill down and choose more specific options. We encourage you to try both agenda search options to see which one is most effective for you.
You are strongly encouraged to build your agenda prior to the conference to help us ensure that sessions are assigned to rooms appropriately. Please note that a printed program will not be provided but you will be able to access your personal agenda and the conference agenda using our mobile app or via HEUG.Online.
