Agenda Builder Now Open for Registrants

Log in to HEUG

1. Select My Profile from the My Options drop down menu
2. Select Transactions tab from your Profile
3. Select the Registration button for the proper transactions (the most recent transaction will be at the top if you have multiple transactions)
4. Select the My Agenda tab and then the Edit Agenda button; you will then be able to filter the sessions by tracks
5. Click the area that says “Click to Add a Session”. If there are any sessions in that track at that time, you will be able to select and save them in your agenda

In addition to the ADU Conference, there are also two workshops that are running in the days preceding the conference.

Program Enrolment and Activity Management Workshops
The workshop will be held on the Monday & Tuesday, 5th and 6th of November at the conference hotel. The cost will include catering for breaks and lunch.  This will be an intensive program broken up into Program Enrolment Day 1 and Activity Management Day 2.  Oracle is offering this as a single workshop and participants should plan to attend both days. The workshop provides us with an excellent opportunity to interact with Oracle.  This is a unique opportunity to learn and discuss this new functionality.

This is available to non-conference attendees and to conference attendees at a discounted rate.  One you begin the registration process (having logged in) you will see the option for the Oracle Workshop.  Registration is via the Alliance Down Under HEUG website.

UPK Workshop
Oracle will lead a half day pre-conference workshop on its User Productivity Kit. Hear from a hands-on expert who will speak on the changing face of UPK and the work place. Learn how to develop, manage, deploy, track and measure content with UPK Professional and gain an understanding of the UPK Developer, the UPK Player and Knowledge Centre.

This is only available to conference attendees.  Further information is available on the Conference Program page
