Don’t miss out on taking advantage of savings by registering for the conference during the Early Bird Rate period. This period ends on January 12th! There are still hotel rooms available, but be sure to secure your room as soon as you can.
- Step 1 – Make your hotel reservations to qualify for Early Bird registration pricing. Please note that in order to receive the Early Bird rate, you must stay at an official Alliance Conference Hotel and book through the official Housing Bureau only (Do not go directly to the hotel to book your room).

If you have already registered, start building your agenda today in the Alliance 2018 Mobile App. The HEUG Events App allows you to build your agenda based on the sessions you select. It will also contain information about the general session, closing night event, map, sponsors, and so much more. Once at the conference, you’ll want to check in each morning on the app to see if there are any session changes such as room relocation or time changes. Pre-Conference Workshops Available!
Have you thought about attending a workshop as part of your Alliance 2018 attendance? There are some fantastic workshops being offered this year. If you have already registered for the conference, you can still go back and register for one of the workshops as space is still available at this point, but don’t wait too long as these are sure to fill up.

Closing Night Event!
Be sure to attend the Closing Night Event on Tuesday, March 27th. So much fun is in store for everyone! We’ve lined up some fantastic entertainment and lots of fun things to do. With an outdoor concert theme, you’ll enjoy the bands lined up as well as many activities and games. We’ll also have a small area tucked away with a quieter more intimate feel. You can sip on some hot beverages, listen to an acoustic guitarist and have conversations with other attendees.
