THE MORE THINGS CHANGE

As we near the end of the 2019 calendar year, I hope that everyone can take a moment to step back and appreciate all of the wonderful accomplishments we have been able to achieve in 2019.

There is a lot of discussion around the changing landscape of technology within higher education and the public sector, especially as it relates to ERP systems. The HEUG is working diligently to maneuver ourselves to address and better collaborate with our memberships to help navigate these new territories; however, I hope that we do not lose sight of something that has not and will not change…. our commitment to each other. The power of the HEUG is in our membership and our collaborative relationships. We are a “family” of sorts that bring together the best of our institutions and only want what is best for our organizations and our community.

As we end this year, I hope we can appreciate all that we have been able to accomplish, and look forward to what possibilities the future may hold as well as what we, as the HEUG, will be able to accomplish working together.

Thank you for all that you have done and know that the HEUG is here to assist all the way!

Cheers to 2019 and here is to a blessed and prosperous 2020 for us all!
