The Oracle Applications User Experience team recently had this genius idea to put together product development managers, who build our products, and sales folks, who talk with Oracle customers who use those products the most. 

We wanted to show what was coming in the user experience, and hear whether customers would be excited about it. 

During Oracle OpenWorld 2013 in San Francisco in late September, we persuaded a few of our favorite product development managers to come and talk on camera. We paired them with sales consultants who had been trained on the Oracle user experience and were very familiar with a particular product family, so they understood which questions to ask in order to find out what customers would want to know.
