July just completed a very successful Southern Africa Alliance conference hosted at the University of the Free State, and September will see the Latin America Alliance Conference return to Bogota, Columbia after several years!
A few weeks later, the EMEA Alliance Conference will be held October 9-10 for the first time ever in Antwerp, Belgium! We hope all of our colleagues throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are able to join us in the new location and see all the wonderful things Belgium has to offer while also interacting and learning from your peers!
Finally, November will be busy with first, the Alliance Down Under for Australia and New Zealand returning again this year to Brisbane between November 7-9. Shortly after, we will be hosting our SECOND ANNUAL CHEUG Alliance Conference (Canadian Higher Education User Group!) between November 12-14. This year we are moving the conference to Edmonton where MacEwan University has graciously accepted the host duties for 2018 (thank you MacEwan!!!!).
There also remain several other U.S. Regional conferences and I invite everyone to go out and visit the HEUG website to find out what is coming to your neighborhood and see how you can attend and get involved!
