The annual Statement of Direction is designed to share important insights for the functional and technical staff responsible for the Campus Solutions applications at the institution; the document also provides updates for the Campus Warehouse products and for the CRM for Higher Education solution. The primary goal of the SOD is to provide a concise update of a rolling 24 month roadmap for Campus Solutions. As such, the document reviews the features that have been released in the past 12 months and then previews features planned for the next 12 months. Oracle's hope is that this information not only helps educate the community on new capabilities delivered and planned but also supports each institution’s efforts to plan for deployment of the new enhancements.
