Description: The general information strategy of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, has been evolving. Based on what we’ve learned, we’ll present the student relationship component, the main focus of CRM, using Oracle Customer Experience products and how it integrates with the lifecycle of the student modeled on Oracle PeopleSoft.

Description: In order to exercise its institutional values and remain at the forefront of the educational market, Unisul identified the need to promote the evolution of the processes that make up Academic Management. This study aims to demonstrate the experience that the University has had in this process of evolution of the Academic Management System.
