In this lab, you will get your hands dirty with this new technology. You will develop, train and test a new skill (chatbot) defining intents, utterances, and entities. You will then design the conversation flow and connect the skill (chatbot) to a back-end API. Finally, you will publish the new skill (chatbot) to a chat client (web or Facebook).ContextOver 4.1 billion users around the world are on instant messaging and chat apps at any moment in time. Oracle Digital Assistant is a platform for developing apps for natural conversational interfaces such as Facebook Messenger and Amazon Alexa. A digital assistant uses artificial intelligence for natural language processing and understanding, to automate engagements with conversational interfaces that respond instantly, improve user satisfaction, and increase business efficiencies. The platform makes it easy to build sophisticated digital assistants or simple skills (chatbots) that can connect and extend multiple backend systems, like Oracle ERP, HCM and CX, or any third party apps - simultaneously, in a secure, scalable manner.
