This case study describes how I utilized the Design Thinking process to create an extensive user guide that can act as a standalone training kit. Feedback from LinkedIn connections, interviews, and card sorting activities helped shape the layout, navigation, and content of the final deliverable. Prototypes were created to explore the interconnections among the four core elements of PS Query: Join, Criteria, Field, and Functions, and were tested with colleagues and PS query learners.
Thank you for sharing, Anna! I have long admired the clarity and organization of your posts. This is a wonderfully accessible teaching tool. I especially appreciate your analysis and treatment of the emotional aspect of learners.
Cheers, Tom!
Thanks for sharing this with all of us. I am reading through it.
Amazing!! Thank you!
Anna - This is fantastic! I like the way you step through the process of Design Thinking, and I have to admit, I am a bit jealous of the results. Kudos on this accomplishment!
