The Academic Advisement/Requirements report can be a fantastic tool utilized to advise students, monitor progress towards degree, and award degrees and/or distinction using Graduation Processing, to name a few.Running an AAR/ARR individually or by batch produces a handy report, but not everyone wants to scroll through pages and pages of reports to find the information needed. The batch 'generate report' processes can be used in conjunction with query to pull a report of the satisfied (COMP) and/or not satisfied (FAIL) statuses of students' academic requirements.Join me in exploring querying the academic requirement report tables. This session will review Advisement Report setup (how many reports does your institution ‘keep’?) and querying those SAA_ADB tables to produce data for a cohort of students that will provide staff and advisors a review of their students’ progress without having to scroll through each student’s report.
