Session submissions for Alliance in Orlando are closing soon and CX are seeking some more presentations. If there’s a chance you can make it, please consider presenting. It may even be possible to present something you’re delivering at ADU at Alliance too with a few tweaks for an international audience. No work, all the fun and benefits (and free rego!). Two conference registrations for the price of none!

CX of course doesn’t just mean CRM, it’s considering any and all business processes that impact the experience any constituent has with your institution, whether student, staff or external stakeholder.
