Advising institutions on the benefits of implementing mobile options, social media engagement, online channels to call centers and caseworker commitment to aid in maximizing the investment and utilizations of technologies in tracking and enhancing engagement with a variety of stakeholder groups.
HEUG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping member institutions manage administrative technologies that improve the student and user experience. We support the people who select, deploy, integrate, and manage the systems that run higher ed, through education, professional resources, and peer connection.
As the landscape keeps evolving, we adapt with it, while staying committed to our core mission of connection, education, and advocacy.
