At this stage, the systems team at USC has not been asked to look into this sort of change. My understanding is that we are planning to proceed with semester 2 at the normal time, but to rollover our timetable from the previous year’s semester 2 to reduce prep work required. Obviously this situation could change.
If it is requested we perform similar analysis, I will let you know!

Subject: [anz.heug] - Variation to Acad Calendar and Processing Deferrals
HI colleagues,
UQ is reviewing our acad calendar for 2020 including considerations of delaying semester 2 commencement. We already have students enrolled in Sem 2 so this will involve correcting their census date etc. We are also processing enrolment adds and drops for students who are deferring to Sem 2.
I am interested to know if any other unis are doing similar analysis. If so, will there be an interest to work together? And do anyone know if there is functionality to mass enrol students in equivalent courses ?
