In our presentation we will discuss our automated refund process that has gone through various updates over the past 15 years. We will cover where our process first began and how the process has evolved to keep up with the technology by issuing ACH and credit card refunds. Over time we have found ways to improve the process we use to issue refunds and increase our accuracy. This has prevented refunds from being issued to student's in error.
