oIn reality, HCM took up all the time with the TAP Fit/Gap; which basically we had to push forward with everything in the beginning:
oInitial Decision to go FLUID for all to changes in leadership and direction and problems taking us to Payroll for Fluid only

 - Navigation Collections
 - Basic Issue resolution
oTAP Fit/Gap Analysis
oDecision to only go payroll Fluid Only

oWhat worked, didn’t work
oHow each application project improved, ELM, FSCM and HCM

oNow we are looking at cleaning up exceptions (one of the Gaps/Issues)
oThen doing Fluid for Absence and Time & Labor
