SpearMC works with our clients to implement QA best practices and Testing Centers of Excellence. This presentation will discuss leading methodologies and tools as it relates to our customers leveraging PUM. This session will use a current customer example to describe how we customized PUM evaluation & recommendation report, performed testing on an OPC hosted non-Prod environment. We will describe our model for Testing As A Service for each release, including test results report. This session is applicable to PeopleTools, FSCM, HCM and Student Admin.
