PeopleSoft Global Payroll and Absence Management includes a set of configurable pivot grids that provide you with robust tools to analyze your absence data. This absence data has now become a tool for supervisors and managers across the HCM platform and can be incorporated into data-driven analytics for approval and reporting purposes. Absence Analytics crosses the bridge from Absence Management and has incorporated into Simplified Analytics tools for other HCM modules. Absence Analytics can access delivered and individual customized pivot grids using the Manager Self Service, Manager Dashboard, Absence Analytics Dashboard, and supplementary panels throughout HCM.
