I joined the functional support group for PeopleSoft Financials at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System in 2017. As part of this group, I have been responsible for the timely assessment, research, and resolution of functional issues that have been encountered by users at any of our 16 colleges. We currently utilize the following modules - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Billing, Budgeting, General Ledger, Purchasing, Travel and Expense, and we are working to implement Supplier Contracts in August.
I am part of the team for our Tools upgrades and PUMs, most recently tools 8.57, PUM 33. Recent projects that I was able to be a part of included the launching of the Supplier Onboarding portal for supplier registration and I was the project lead for implementation of Supplier Change requests. I was also part of the development and implementation team for a custom Procurement Card form in PeopleSoft. As part of this last project, I had the opportunity to conduct PeopleSoft user training across the state of Kentucky, at several of our member colleges. In addition to these projects, I’ve had experience working with BI publisher, testing framework, AWE workflow, and have had extensive experience with query manager.
I enjoy being part of the PeopleSoft community. The nearly endless amount of setup and configuration combinations means that there is always an opportunity for creative thinking and almost always some way to accomplish your goals and improve your process.
